The design carries Gymshark's bold, athletic brand language: high-contrast black layouts, energetic photography, and confident sans-serif type. Workout flows present exercises with video demos, set/rep logging, and plan progression, while a content layer ties in trainers and community. It is a reference for brand-led fitness UI where editorial styling and structured training tools coexist.
