These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dezzayn website and design-reference library (the "Service"), operated by dezzayn, Inc. ("dezzayn", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

The Service and its contents are provided for design reference. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the library in bulk, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

The library contains screenshots of third-party applications, which remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for reference and commentary. The dezzayn platform, branding, and original materials are owned by dezzayn, Inc.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dezzayn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
