Locket is a photo-sharing app whose whole premise is the home-screen widget: photos from close friends appear directly on your phone's home screen, no feed required. It is built for tiny, intimate friend circles.

The app itself is minimal by design, centered on a camera and a short list of friends, while the widget does the heavy lifting. This widget-first model and stripped-back capture flow make it a distinctive reference for home-screen-native product design, intentional friction reduction, and building intimacy through constraint rather than scale.
