Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery app connecting users with trucks and movers for hauling furniture, large purchases, or whole-apartment moves. It serves people who need help moving items on short notice.

The design borrows the familiar on-demand pattern: map-centric booking, item and truck-size selection, upfront pricing, and live tracking of the mover. Flows are streamlined to make a logistically complex task feel as simple as ordering a ride, with clear scheduling and confirmation steps.
