The iOS app organizes daily mobility sessions, video-guided routines, and programs by goal. Signature flows include following a daily routine and browsing the library. The design is calm and premium with a refined dark aesthetic, elegant typography, and serene imagery, making it a useful reference for fitness, recovery, and guided-video wellness UX.
