Postman is an API development platform for building, testing, documenting, and collaborating on APIs. It serves developers and QA engineers who design requests, run automated tests, and share collections across teams.

The web and desktop interface is a dense, multi-pane workspace: request builders, parameter tables, response viewers, environment variables, and collection sidebars. Signature flows include composing and sending requests, scripting tests, and organizing collections. The design is utilitarian and information-dense with the brand's orange accents, a strong reference for developer tooling and complex multi-panel layouts.
