Quibi was a short-form streaming service built for mobile, offering professionally produced "quick bites" of episodic content under ten minutes. It targeted on-the-go viewers, though it shut down shortly after launch.

Its signature design innovation was Turnstyle: seamless switching between portrait and landscape playback, with each orientation framed deliberately. Designers still reference it for that adaptive video experience, its bold content-first home feed, and how it tried to rethink streaming UX for phones rather than porting a TV model.
