Tally is a form builder that lets anyone create surveys, quizzes, and forms quickly, positioned as a flexible, Notion-like alternative to traditional form tools. It targets makers, marketers, and teams collecting data without code.

The web app uses a block-based, document-style editor where typing builds the form, plus response dashboards and integrations. Signature flows include composing a form inline and reviewing submissions. The design is minimal and writing-first with clean typography and generous whitespace, making it a strong reference for no-code builders and document-style editing patterns.
