Tonal is the companion app for the Tonal smart home gym, guiding strength workouts, tracking progress, and connecting users with trainers and programs. It serves home fitness users invested in the Tonal hardware ecosystem.

The interface combines guided workout playback, strength metrics, program browsing, and progress analytics with a premium, athletic aesthetic.
