Waymo One is the app for hailing fully autonomous robotaxi rides in supported cities, with no human driver. Riders request, board, and ride in self-driving vehicles managed entirely through the app.

The design adapts ride-hailing conventions for autonomy: map-based pickup, a live visualization of the car's perception and route, and in-car controls for unlocking, climate, and trip support. Clear, reassuring communication is central given the driverless context. It is a distinctive reference for autonomous-mobility UX, real-time vehicle visualization, and building rider trust in a novel, unattended experience.
