Yelp is a local business discovery app where users find and review restaurants, services, and shops. It serves people deciding where to eat, shop, or hire local services based on ratings and reviews.

The design is review-and-photo rich: business listings with star ratings, user photos, detailed review threads, and category search. Maps, filters, and the signature red branding anchor a discovery-driven interface built around community-generated content.
