15Five is a performance management platform centered on regular check-ins, feedback, goals, and employee engagement. It serves HR teams and managers building continuous performance practices.

The interface is a reference for performance and engagement UX: weekly check-in forms, OKR and goal tracking, feedback and recognition (high-fives), and engagement surveys with reporting. Designers study its check-in flows, review cycles, and the way it structures ongoing people-management rituals into a clear, encouraging interface.
