Deputy is a workforce management platform for employee scheduling, time tracking, and team communication, popular with shift-based businesses. It serves managers and hourly workers in retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

The interface is a reference for scheduling and workforce ops: drag-and-drop rostering, shift swapping, time clocks and timesheets, and labor cost visibility. Designers study its calendar-based scheduling, availability and approval flows, and the way it coordinates shift work for both managers and staff.
