The interface is a reference for global HR and payroll UX: compliant hiring and onboarding flows, contract generation, payroll and payments, and team management across jurisdictions. Designers study its country-aware forms, onboarding wizards, and the clean, reassuring design applied to legally complex cross-border employment.
