Assembly is an employee engagement and recognition platform for workplaces, letting teams give peer recognition, redeem rewards, and run internal workflows like surveys and announcements.

The web interface centers on a social-style recognition feed, points and rewards redemption, and a library of templates for HR and ops workflows. The design is clean and dashboard-oriented, with cards, modals, and a sidebar navigation suited to administrative and everyday team use.
